Shipping policy

Shipping costs are calculated based on geographical location of delivery address and total weight of parcel. Please follow checkout options to receive your calculated rate and estimated delivery time from your selected carrier. 

The processing time for all orders is 48 to 72 business hours. Once the order ships, a confirmation email will be sent to you with detailed tracking information. Please contact us in the event your package is delayed and we will be happy to help locate the parcel for you.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate address information and a safe drop off. Once the package has left our location, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, misdelivered or stolen packages and we will not refund or resend new items in these cases.

Undeliverable parcels will be sent back to us in which the shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
