EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 1, 2020 UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
Once an order has been placed there will be no cancellations or refunds. Due to CDC Guidelines we are not accepting any returns or exchanges at this time.
This is for your safety as well as ours and we thank you for understanding.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. You have five (5) business days upon receiving your order to notify our team at support@shopcoffeeandcream.com. All defective returns must be mailed back within five (5) business days at the customers expense to resolve any issues.
If you receive the wrong item, please notify our team immediately at support@shopcoffeeandcream.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
